Cure-ate LLC dba ALWELLCO (“ALWELLCO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you. We provide our Services (defined below) to you through our website located at network.alwell.co, network.alwellco.com, alwell.co and alwellco.com (the collective "Site"), subject to the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

ALWELLCO provides a range of digital content and services, including but not limited to newsletters, podcasts, and members-only sections of our website, related social media pages, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by ALWELLCO in connection with our business (collectively, the "Services").

You agree to not use the Services to:
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Harm minors in any way.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an ALWELLCO official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service.
- Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. 

All content provided on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ALWELLCO or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

ALWELLCO may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The Services are provided "as is". ALWELLCO and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither ALWELLCO nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

In no event will ALWELLCO, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Services will be in strict accordance with the ALWELLCO Privacy Policy, with these Terms, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Services will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALWELLCO, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
